Hi there! I’m Jabril 👋🏼, a recent graduate from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where I studied Graphic Design and minored in Entrepreneurship.

From an early age, I’ve always loved spending hours on the computer drawing, designing, or recreating my favorite book covers (psst , you can check one out in my Playground). When I wasn’t on the computer, I was usually writing or getting lost in music. Over time, that creative curiosity grew into a fascination with graphic design, and I constantly challenged myself to learn new tools and software.

During my undergrad years, I became drawn to human-centered design. I realized how much I enjoy creating brands and products that are built with empathy and care for the people who use them. After graduating, I decided to continue my education at DePaul University, pursuing a master’s in Human-Computer Interaction to deepen my understanding of how design and technology shape everyday experiences.

"In my thirteen years’ co-managing a staff of roughly 100 tutors, Jabril stands out as one of

the most responsible and hard-working, profoundly empathic, intellectually curious, and socially

gracious students we’ve had the good fortune to hire: a quiet powerhouse, committing great energy

to serving her peers…"
